Description

This villa has been handcrafted and decorated to provide comfort and privacy with a more rustic and chic feel. On the ground floor the living room has a large comfortable sitting area, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen for both formal and casual meals. Also on this level there is a large bedroom with two single beds, that can turn into a double bed, which has direct access to the terrace and a bathroom with shower for its use. From the terrace, you can access the external en-suite double room, that can also be made into a twin room if needed. On the upper floor the spacious master bedroom is located with a private terrace offering great panorama views towards the sea and the village, and so perfectly justifiable to be considered among the best Pelion villas with pool. This bedroom features an en-suite washbasin and large wardrobes and a desk-like private space for reading, working or just keeping personal belongings. The forth is a double bedroom that also has a loft space with pillows and mattresses suitable to sleep an additional two more children if needed. The two rooms share a bathroom on this level with high-quality fittings.

On the ground floor the living room has a large comfortable sofa, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen for both formal and casual meals. Also on this level there is a large bedroom with two single beds that can turn into a double bed and has direct access to the terrace and a bathroom for its use. From the terrace, you can access the external en-suite double room, that can also be made into a twin room if needed. The spacious master bedroom is located on the upper floor of this rustic chic villa and also offers a private terrace with great panorama views towards the sea and the village. The external space of the rustic chic Villa Iris unfolds into three distinct verandas, with the lower one integrating into the private pool and deck area. The view towards the sea from the verandas is unique and unforgettable, while the vegetation and fencing providing privacy and security. The external dining area has a large built-in sofa with comfortable pillows and a large slate table under a redbud tree for endless summer conversations while drinking a glass of cool wine. At the back of the house there is an external kitchen area with built in BBQ space and large working bench and sink, ideal for making those lovely dinners for you and your family or friends

Iris Villa is perfect for a get-away! I visited with friends for a couple of days and we all wished we could stay longer. The luxurious environment with its multiple cosy corners will definitely have you wonder if you want to explore the villages nearby or just relax and enjoy the breathtaking view! The amenities provided (full-equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc.) make the villa perfect for longer visits, too. I’ ll visit again in summertime, to be able to make the most of the stunning pool and the exterior barbecue!

Villa Iris is located in a beautiful rustic area of Pelion. The house is overlooking the outstanding view of the surroundings of the area and the sea. We stayed at villa Iris during the Christmas holidays. The house is really wonderful, super comfortable and great for sharing with family and/or friends. The location is very nice and picturesque, offering great views to the village, mountain and sea below. We felt like being at home, as the house is really well equipped and the beds are super comfortable. Both the living room and the outside verandas were great for relaxing with our friends and family. Would definitely want to return to villa Iris in the future, especially in the summer to also enjoy the pool!
