Her need for deepening turned her to more traditional trainings so in April 2021 she completed a 100hr training in Vinyasa Krama with Spyros Kapnias – Garudananda and from February 2022 she is being training in traditional Himalayan yoga by her Guru Dr Kumar.
In her classes she likes to work with uplifting messages and inspired themes, combining her knowledge from all her fields of education, connecting Yin and Yang practices, free & intuitive movement with stability & alignment to provide a holistic experience for her students.
Her purpose is to deepen her own practice and help others move forward in their own inner journey of self-awareness and healing.
