'2-Day Yoga, Mantra, Voicing & Meditation Retreat'
25.06.21 – 27.06.21
With Marina & Elena
Be In The Now – Listen To Yourself – Connect With Your Inner Voice – The Truth Is Within You.
The time has come for us to connect with the source of existence to all things. We are called upon to see what binds us to all the things around us and to cultivate the path at which our inner world talks to the outer world.
Have you ever felt the magic of just being in the moment? Of being both yourself and connected to the world, when suddenly many things simply make sense. This is the moment when you recognise that something deeper exists. This is the moment when you open up your heart and begin receiving. To open your heart is to be conscious of the present moment.
Meditation soothes the mind and brings us close to the raw physical state of consciousness through inner silence.
Yoga opens up the flow of energy in your body and helps us to be in the present.
Voicing gives power to our spirit and lets us express who we really are.
Mantras are an ancient chanting technique that brings us to a state of meditation so we can open our heart.
The 2-day retreat will be held in the village of Agios Georgios Nileias. The practice will take place at the Pelion Homes retreat centre.

Retreat Information
In this retreat, we are going to introduce you to some of the paths that cultivate the opening of the heart.
Every day we are going to practise conscious breathing in a combination with Hatha yoga practice appropriate to all levels. Voicing will take place every day after breakfast. It is a technique that gives voice to our emotions and feelings, to our power and love and reveals what is keeping us back, the shadow part.
Every evening we are going to sing mantras and other gathering songs, accompanied by our professional musicians, Lida Filipopoulou and Konstaninos Arnis. While we sing the ancient chants our inner dialogue stops and we connect deeply with the musicians, with the other participants, and with ourselves.
We will eat healthy specially prepared food, most locally sourced from our farm and garden.
