General Notes:
All the houses have wooden roofs and the floors have been laid with stone tiles of Pelion respecting the traditional architecture. All ground floors are laid with irregular stone tiles, and all the first floors with wood. All the openings of the houses are wooden, as is the tradition in Pelion, however are all fitted with double glazing for extra insulation Every house has its own garden space and its own surface area of land of approximately 500 m2.Finally, the construction of a small pool for each house can be built upon request.
